“ Food was good. I had the satay and green curry. Was suprised the curry wasnt served with rice. The chicken in the curry was over cooked. The veggies had the texture of frozen veggies added to a hot stock before serving. AND the dish was missing bamboo shoots. But the rest of the flavors were good. ”

“ I love the food here! My favorite dishes are the Drunken noodles, Pad See ew, Pad Thai (VERY flavorful, so depends on your preference but I LOVE it) and definitely the chicken fried rice. I don't know what's in the fried rice but it's so amazing. It's has very simple ingredients but the smoky flavor and onions really compliment each other so well. I dare say it's the best fried rice dish I've ever had. Even my dog loves the fried rice and follows me around every time we buy them. So happy I gave this place a try, I've been a regular ever since the quarantine! Highly recommend everyone to give the food a try. Just FYI, the fried rice that comes with the lunch special is NOT THE SAME as their regular fried rice dish. The fried rice that comes with the lunch special is just a basic fried rice with egg. The one I'm raving about is the regular chicken fried rice entree. ”

“ First time eating here. My wife and I loved it. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are very filling. I had the Spicy Chow Mein Combination which had Chicken, Shrimp, Beef and Pork. It could have been a little more spicier for my taste. Overall it was still very delicious. I forgot that our server even brought out a tray of an assortement of chili sauce, chili flakes and jalapenos. Will definitely add more hot sauce next time I come here. My wife had the Chicken Wonton Soup and it came in a very big bowl. Looked good and smelled wonderful. My wife really did enjoy the soup. We also got an order of Egg Rolls which were amazing as well. They come in a set of 5. Fantastic first time experience, fantastic food, fantastic quiet and chill atmosphere to enjoy your food in peace. Will definitely be back here to try more dishes. I definitely recommend coming here and trying out the food, it is well worth it ”

“ First time here, recommended by a friend. Lots of parking, free parking lot. Plenty of seating inside but it was very warm. Large menu, lots of options, large portions and good flavor. Doesn’t seem like the employees spoke very good English but we were able to order without issue. Would return and recommend, ”

“ The yellow curry and rice is a favorite of ours. It is nearby, fresh, and delicious. Service is excellent, and prices are reasonable. All in all, I've never been disappointed here. Addendum for 2023, my family has since moved from the area, and every time we come back, Balboa Thai is a mandatory stop! We still love it and return as often as we can. There is no comparable Thai food where we are now. ”
